5 TACTICS TO DE-BLOAT AND PROMOTE WEIGHT LOSS

Being bloated can be distressing  and you need to find easy ways to de-bloat. 

Making a couple of simple lifestyle changes can knock a couple of inches off your waist and hips.

So here is the 5 tactics that you need to apply in order to de-bloat:


1.DITCH THE SODIUM 

Okay, so it is near impossible to ditch sodium altogether. However, many of us inadvertently add a truck load more than is necessary to our diets. 

This results in our bodies clinging to water, which makes us bloated. 

So pay attention to your salt intake and modify accordingly. This is probably one of the more challenging easy ways to de-bloat before an event (conflicting info there, I know), as it involves checking packets before eating stuff.

2. DO YOGA

Yoga twists help rid your body of toxins by helping your digestion. This yoga detox sequence includes plenty of twists and stretches to help you wake up and feel your best.

3.Drink Lemon with Hot Water


This simple concoction of detox water, hot water with lemon, in the morning awakens your digestive system and gives your whole body a kick start and if you want to de-bloat fast this is the easiest way.

4.PACK YOUR LUNCH

The average restaurant meal contains more than twice the number of calories you should be consuming in one sitting.


According to a 2013 study—and that's not even taking into account the lower calorie count you'll want your lunch to clock in at if you're trying to drop pounds. 

But in the a.m. rush, who has time to make lunch? Save yourself from a midday diet-wrecker by prepping your meal the night before. (We love make-ahead mason jar salads in particular.)

5.COOL OFF WITH ALCOHOL


Keep away from carbonated drinks or alcohol. They may cause digestion problems and give you that sluggish effect. Stick rather to a simple glass of water with lemon.
